01 Acceptance of terms
Inviting, installing or using Armquad on a Discord server constitutes full acceptance of these terms, of the privacy policy and Discord Terms of Service.
The administrator who invites the bot acknowledges having the necessary authority to accept these terms on behalf of the server.
02 Service description
Armquad is a Discord bot offering a set of community management modules:
- Moderation (warn, mute, kick, ban, native Discord AutoMod)
- Configurable levels and XP system
- Support tickets with custom panels
- Temporary voice channels (hubs)
- Welcome and goodbye messages
- Event logs (messages, members, voice, moderation)
- Interactive AI-powered games (Guess Who, Verdict, Balderdash)
- AI conversation via direct messages
- Message and embed building from a web dashboard
- Emoji reaction → role assignment (Carl-bot style), configurable from the dashboard
- Persistent interactive role buttons (one click = one role)
- Interactive onboarding assistant (express or guided wizard) when the bot is invited
- Global or per-command maintenance mode (owner admin)
- News and announcements published on the public site
The service is provided free of charge, with no guarantee of availability, and may change or be discontinued at any time.
03 Permitted use
By using Armquad, you agree to not :
- Use the bot for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or in violation of Discord's Terms of Service
- Spam the bot, its commands or its APIs (automatic anti-flood: rate limiting active on the dashboard, on commands, and on AI calls — quotas per server and per user in DMs)
- Attempt to exploit, bypass or damage the bot (injection, denial of service, mass scraping)
- Use the bot to harass, threaten or harm other users
- Distribute hateful, illegal, pornographic or violent content via the bot
- Resell, rent out or redistribute access to the bot
- Attempt to retrieve the source code, decompile it, or reverse-engineer it
04 Moderation & sanctions
We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to:
- Suspend a user's access to the bot via the global blacklist in the event of proven abuse
- Refuse to allow the bot on certain servers
- Delete or modify configuration data in the event of a violation of these terms
- Cooperate with Discord or the relevant authorities in the event of an investigation
Blacklisted users immediately lose access to the bot and the dashboard. A dispute can still be raised via the support channel.
05 Personal data
The full details of the data collected, its purpose, its retention period, and your GDPR rights (access, export, deletion) are described in our privacy policy.
A full export and deletion of your data are available at any time from the My account.
Private messages received by a server team. A server may choose to receive the private messages its members send to the bot. A team enabling this undertakes to use them only to reply to those people, not to share them outside the designated channel, and to comply with the law applicable in its jurisdiction. Armquad provides the tool; what the team does with it is its sole responsibility.
06 Paid options
The bot is free and stays free. No existing feature will be put behind a paywall. The options below are optional and exist solely to cover the running costs of the service.
- + Server subscription : monthly, cancellable at any time, it raises the AI quota shared by every member of the server.
- + One-off purchases : a single payment, with no commitment and no renewal. They grant an honorary title and a mention on the support page.
The seller is Discord, not Armquad. All purchases are made through Discord's built-in shop, which takes the payment, collects the applicable VAT and handles refund requests under its own terms. Armquad receives no banking details and has no ability to refund a transaction directly.
Cancellation is done from Discord → Settings → Subscriptions. Benefits are kept until the end of the period already paid for, then withdrawn automatically. No setting, message or configuration depends on a payment: stopping a subscription loses no data.
Prices are shown in US dollars and converted by Discord at the time of purchase. They may change; a change applies only to new subscriptions, with ongoing subscriptions keeping their original price.
07 Service availability
Armquad is provided « as is », with no guarantee of availability, performance, or freedom from errors. Best-effort service (24/7 targeted) with no guaranteed SLA.
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or in the event of a technical issue at our host (Railway) or at Discord.
08 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Armquad's publisher cannot be held liable for:
- Service interruptions, malfunctions, or data loss
- Indirect damages (loss of members, loss of opportunity, etc.)
- Actions taken by administrators or moderators using the bot
- Content generated by the AI in games or private conversations
Use of the bot is entirely at your own risk.
09 Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated at any time to reflect changes to the service or legal obligations. The version and last-updated date are shown at the top of this page.
Continued use of the bot after these terms are changed constitutes acceptance of the new version.
