๐๏ธ Your temporary voice channels, configured hub by hub
Until now every temporary channel on a server looked the same. You can now
give each hub its own settings from the dashboard.
- The name of created channels โ with two variables:
{user}(the
{count} (the channel number). For instance
๐ฎ {user}'s Squad on one hub, ๐ค {user} chilling on another.
- The default member limit โ 5 on the gaming hub, unlimited on the
- The panel buttons โ untick the ones you don't want. Panels already
- The whole panel, on or off.
A hub with no settings of its own simply follows the server defaults: set
it up once, override only where it matters.
โ๏ธ Editing an existing hub
Changing a hub's destination category used to mean deleting and recreating
it. Every hub is now expandable and editable in place.
๐ก๏ธ Two safeguards
- Protect higher roles โ a member whose role sits above the owner's can no
control.
- Give "Manage Channel" to the owner โ left on, the owner can rename their
you unticked. Turn it off so everything goes through the panel. The
dashboard warns you when the two settings contradict each other.
๐ You can hide from the XP leaderboard
Type
/level: next to the colour button, a new one removes you from the
server leaderboard. Your level-ups stop being announced publicly too.
You keep earning XP and unlocking roles, and
/level still shows you your
card and your position. Reversible with one click.
๐ง Fixes
- Changing a temporary channel's visibility no longer breaks anything. On
left the panel buttons unresponsive. Permissions inherited from the category
were being wiped in the process.
- Transferring ownership of a locked channel left the new owner outside if
